A clear diagnostic before we write code

We review how you work, where hours leak, and which automation or AI agent would have measurable return. You get a prioritized map in days, not a generic deck.

Request a diagnostic

What you get

  • · A process map with real bottlenecks
  • · Opportunities ranked by impact versus effort
  • · A recommendation for a first production use case
  • · No cost and no commitment — the map is yours even if you do not hire us

Tell us how you operate

Name, email and a sentence about the process that hurts most is enough.

Frequently asked questions

Does the diagnostic cost anything?
It is completely free. There is no fee and nothing to credit later — it is how we learn your operations and return a clear map, with no commitment.
How long does it take and what do you deliver?
Usually 5–10 working days: one or two discovery sessions, a process map and a ranked opportunity list with a recommended first use case.
Do I have to commit to a project afterwards?
No. The diagnostic stands alone. If we are not a fit, you keep the map. If we are, we propose a fixed scope or sprints.
What information do you need from us?
What you already use: FAQs, catalog, policies, tickets, quote templates or internal docs. Ideally reachable (Drive, CRM, wiki) and with a clear line on what must not leave toward a model. If it is scattered, the diagnostic starts by sorting it.
Who is it for (and who is it not for)?
It fits when there is repeatable manual volume, friction between tools, or doubt about where to start with AI or automation. It does not replace a closed quote you already have or a formal legal audit: it is an operations map, not a legal opinion.
