Data management and deletion

You can revoke access to connected platforms and request the deletion of your data by writing to support@bitora.es.

• · Bitora Business Manager (BBM) Users: You may request full account deletion, organization cleanup, and project data removal by sending an email from your registered account address. Invoices and tax records remain blocked for statutory tax periods (5 years).
• · Integrations and APIs (e.g. Bitora Reels): Immediate removal and revocation of OAuth access tokens and linked credentials.
• · Agents and automations: Immediate shutdown of active bots, automation flows, and webhook unlinking.
• · Technical security: Minimal retention of technical and security audit logs (90 days) for incident prevention.

We process and respond to all verified requests within a maximum of 30 days as required by GDPR.
