**Do we need to change ERP to get a dashboard?**

No. We connect what you already use (Excel, Google Sheets, Holded, Shopify, HubSpot…) and unify the metrics on top.

**Who owns the data?**

You. The model, queries and dashboard are project deliverables. We can export or move them if you change providers.

**Which sources do you connect first?**

The ones that already drive decisions: sales, costs, operations or support. We start with one or two reliable sources; expanding later is cheaper than unifying everything on day one.

**How long until a first useful dashboard?**

A first panel with agreed metrics is usually weeks, not months, if sources are reachable and each KPI has a clear owner.

**Who maintains the metrics afterwards?**
